Change the what now? It has done 36 years so far with the occasional mud removal, and this was its first jump, so I'm OK with that.

    ROTFL
The last time I had a chain jump it was on the F2 race bike.
It jammed up everything and the back wheel just stopped going round.

Hello to my friends Mr. Gravel Trap and Mr. Tyre Wall.

    Again.

    Ahhh Racing bikes.
    Do I regret it? Yes.
Would I do it again? You bet.
    Helium, because I'm worth it.
Waterboarding at Guantanamo Bay sounded like a radical holiday opportunity until I looked it up.

The end of the exam season is obviously upon us - several of the houseboats opposite us are AirBnB-type places and one is now stuffed with a dozen 18-year old girls who, fuelled with industrial quantities (and probably quality) of rose, shriek at the pleasure boats as they sail past. They have now blown up a bouncy castle on the roof - what could possibly go wrong???

Companies that publish incorrect closing times online.

Why list your closing time as 1800 if you are shut before 1600??
If my post doesnt have a typo, then I have probably been hacked!

Better than no longer existing which is still too common on internet info! Hopefully the great coming of AI learning will mean that non existent businesses or accommodation in the real world will be automatically removed. Yeh maybe in an Ian M Banks novel.

There is always going to be a delay. If a company buys a domain and builds a website it will be paid for by an annual subscription most the time. If the company goes bust the website will "ghost" until the subs run out. Likewise the Google listings and other directory listings. Verification is required to prevent malicious third party misinformation. If the company has gone there is no one to verify it.

You can change the opening hours on the Google listing but many small businesses don't know how to or in some cases even realise there is a listing.

    Essentially the internet is untrustworthy.

There are lots of general 'opening times' websites for local businesses too, which are almost always wrong.
