I have to say that this casserole is amazingly good, I could really go for this vegetable stuff. (subject to the addition of a few sausages.)
There are four varieties in society: the lovers, the ambitious, observers and fools. The fools are the happiest.

It's my works christmas outing tomorrow, and because wimmin organised it we have to sit down and eat first (yes they know how to kill a night out...). Anyway, I'm having nut roast. Not because I'm a vegophilie or something but because I'm sick to the back teeth of turkey already this year and I aint even eaten any yet.

Eating first on a night out? It's stone cold dead before we start. I need a nap after eating these days.

It's like when you announce a BBQ party in the summer and you can't get the beer in fridge because it's been filled with food.... wimmin!

Sorting through the drill box for a 82 degree counter-sinker butch enough to tackle stainless...
    ...
Ordered some. So that job isn't going to happen this weekend.

And then the other job went down the pan too...

    So that's Monday at least.

    Helium, because I'm worth it.
Waterboarding at Guantanamo Bay sounded like a radical holiday opportunity until I looked it up.

Uk customer service in the diving industry! I call a formerly reliable (and recommended) business about servicing. They say that despite advertising it, they have trouble doing it now, so could take the regs but have no idea when it would be done. As an alternative, they give me a chap's first name and mobile number ("he works for company X or something I think") and suggest I try him. They don't know where he is though and when I act surprised at them giving me a first name and mobile number as a business recommendation, get all bolshy and complain that they're trying to do me favour and so I shouldn't be sarcastic. Give up. Hang up. Call the chap, who is very helpful and patient, and explains that yes he could do the work but no, he won't as he doesn't do postal work for various reasons, all of which are fair enough; it's his business, so his call and as he's been bitten before, it's understandable he's wary. Apparently the "formerly reliable" people often do this to him but no, he's never done work by post, so it's totally inappropriate. So, I thank the chap for his time and go back to searching for the unicorn of UK diving: a trusted company who can service equipment properly.

Just a guess - in the helicopter?

Are we talking full size helicopter or model?

It lives in my helicopter toolbox and generally gives me bulk 12V on tap in the middle of a field.
Well it does when it doesn't turn up its toes and need replacing.

I guess You haven't met my little toys.
It's 135cm blade diameter and runs on nitro-methane.
