Drop off the boat look down brilliant viz, shouts to Speedy we have viz, Speedy says it will be £2 per mtr extra for the viz.
So I sets off down the shot, usual equalising problems.
Gets to 25mts the lights go out, ho dear we are back in Killkeel not Malin, gets down to 40 mts the viz is 1 meter if you are lucky, swims around the side of the wreck looking for the prop all I can see is bits of nets, after 15mins Jane calls it, smart girl, blob off bit of deco, gas switch everything went well.
Good craic on the boat as usual with the lads, waited 45mins for Big Dave and Andy to appear, Dave did the full planned bottom time of 30 mins the mug lol
So on the way back we had a dip on the Hebron well at 30mts it couldn't be that bad and it didn't disappoint, a nice 7mts ish tad snotty but grand.
I thought I was diving solo, but seemed to have a guardian angle call Hugh on the revo following me about, maybe he was just looking at my excellent trim
So a good day had by all, nice to see Sammy hit the Crusader and the Hebron.
So thanks again Killkeel BSAC
See you all again next week with a bit of luck.
Hope Morgan can get hold of the photos and post them, not oftern you get to tow the local RNLI cox to shore
