Yep, and the old hall we volunteer at has several hives for honey bees. That's how I first found out I was probably allergic. Most of the time they are no bother, I can even run the strimmer under the hives - I think they appreciate that as it keeps rodents away. But every now and then they get in a bit of a bad mood....

    I shouldn't laugh, but .... .
We have a bird feeder on the window at the back of our house. It's about 18" from a fence and recently, the damned grey squirrels discovered it.
The feeder is a box shape, fairly open at the sides, so the squirrels sit on the fence and then leap across to land in it.
To deter the squirrels, but not put the birds off, I fitted a piece of semi transparent plastic to the side of the box adjacent to the fence.
Yesterday, we watched a squirrel race along the fence, stop opposite the feeder and then throw itself at it.
It smacked into the plastic with a thud we heard in the house, fell to the ground, and then shakily, made it's way off down the garden.
    I wonder if it'll be back? ......

I have an eye test tomorrow. For only £10 extra, I can have a 3D map made of my eyeballs. I declined.

As a one off, unless there's something fairly obvious, it may not tell you much. A future map, when compared to it, may flag up something worth knowing about.

It might, but is fairly obviously just a money spinner as even their website couldn't come up with a good reason for it.
