Really depends on how much black Pudding. It's the Blood that matters. But if you want to experience a colonoscopy then black pudding the day before your sample is the way to go.

I used to test dog poo for occult blood - I wonder now if I ever had a negative test?

Anyway, a pair of deer (not sure if red or roe, I'm not good in low light conditions) were feeding in the dry ditch across the road last night and it was very freaky to see the head with hat rack pop up from the grass every so often - like a weird puppet show.

I understand your thinking Mark BUT!
This is a Red Deer in Scotland last week he let us come to 10 feet away. Too busy cropping grass, I think he was hungry and they don't shoot them in the middle of the Knoydart, otherwise he had some neurological condition like myxy rabbits. Hope not I had a lot of tick bites!

Not been able to do much running since going over my ankle on the ice in Sweden 2 months ago so I decided to try swimming which I always find very boring.

I did 1000m today which I was happy with since I hate swimming.

I find with swimming that I just kind of zone out and keep going. I have looked at buying a media player/ earphones for in the pool though.

I had to give running a pause due to a calf strain, thankfully now back doing some easy runs and building up the distance in preparation for my first half marathon.
