Sadly is wrong as it doesn't take account of the clock change.

My oil tank makes a "bong" noise periodically, I'm assuming the vent is blocked. Checking the manufacturers website it supposed to have a 2" valve, but I can't for the life of me find it and the website's no use. Anyone have any experience with a Deso bunded tank and could point me in the right direction?

It's wedged between the garage and a fence, but is in direct sunlight for a couple of hours a day.

Expansion of the tank, will be the material flexing as it expands/contracts.
Should hear a 1000L steel tank go.

205L steel drums outside work can be like a percussion section in hot weather.

Maybe, this is a 2,500L plastic bunded tank so I wasn't expecting it to make such a loud noise. It's round the back of the garage so I don't hear it, but the neighbors are complaining, nicely, but complaining.

That will bong, one of the reviews comments on a concave section as a "fault", that would bong on expansion!

Yeah, that's the beast. I'm wondering what I can do to stop it. The old leaky metal tank it replaced was quiet, but then again it had holes in it and was covered in ivy.
