Might be better just to fit wheels to it...

I have nothing to do with BSAC any more apart from being a muggle member. So anything I write on here is likely to be complete bollocks. Hooray!

Looks like drying rocks, and a tidal range not much more than the draft, some one was being optimistic.

Is there a name for the vessel?

I remember being on a boat heading for Coll when the pan pan came over the radio, after Faithfull nearly broke it`s back near the Tapti.

Honeydew. Quite a few of us have been on it under previous names, Bounteous Sea then Valkyrie.

As far from the sea as we could be, except when we can actually get in it.

    Two things
    1) there have been some very big tides recently.
    2) changing the name of a boat can be considered risky by some.

The silhouette on the refloated shot reminded me of Valkyrie; I`ve never dived off her, but have had the "tour" when it was tied up.
I had forgotten they had sold it.

Bit of a whoopsie, but no harm done, refloated on the next tide and towed clear. Bit of paint lost but no major harm
