    HSBC Expat are in Jersey.

    I have had a local bank for 20 years but would not want to move all my money here.

    When I lived in the US I moved my account to a GBP account held in an Irish bank. Didn't require an Irish address. I think that was AIB. That was a few years ago so things may be different. But as the entire country's economy is built off foreign companies dodging tax then I'd guess there are still options.
