LFM repairs - UK?

Have a Light-for-Me NW7 that needs its cable replaced (again).

Is there anywhere in the UK that does repairs for them?

The manufacturer is completely useless and doesn't respond.

LFM have a cardiff branch........ but only for admin, replied to an email after 3 weeks.

After a recent experience with the polish office and their utter lack of customer service or a clue, if the lights I have (video lights which are really good) fail and need repaired and I cannot either do it myself or find a 3rd party that can do it for me then I would just replace them than having to deal with lfm. I'm amazed at how bad their customer service is!

Must be catching, my buddy has had his cable stop working unless its tied in a loop clearly a dodgy wire somewhere. Thats a 4tec.

Is it near the torch or the plug?

If the torch end, it *might* be possible to shorten the cable by a couple of inches and resolder the connection.

Haven’t found anyone in the UK who do repairs but I did find a Dutch company that would. I’ll try to find the link

I used them for a replacement battery canister when the original LFM ate itself. Good service for me.
