Hi all,
We're booking a trip to Spain for the end of June, mostly as a city break to Barcelona, but we're extending it to get a few days diving in at l'Estartit as well. I'm aware diving insurance is required for Spain but would appreciate thoughts on the best way to go about it. I'm planning on taking out Divemaster dive med insurance seperately to my regular travel policy and guessing this should cover the Spanish requirement?
Also, we're flying with Ryanair into Girona. Does anyone have any recent experience of putting regs and a torch (li-ion removable battery, plus a spare - the capacity is 11 w/hr for each battery, which is clearly labelled on the batteries) into your "under seat" bag, both in terms of Ryanair rules, and airport security at Girona and the UK?
Thanks
Jas
