I've barely used the forum in the 9 years I've been a member, the annual birthday wishes reminded me to request to have my account closed.

I've checked the profile section and there doesn't appear to be a way to do thus myself, could I request this please. I appreciate you may need/want to keep any posts I've made for conversation continuity, if so, could you simply anonymise my account and remove my email address.

At a guess, it was mid to late 2016, the mod squad went a bit OTT with "enforcing the rules" for a bit, waving the ban stick left, right and centre for even tiny infractions like swearing, which caused a lot of kickback from the members. After that Gloc and Garf seemed to get a bit pissed off and even Mal took very much a back seat
