Current "favourites" that I get are:

    "Leaning in"
"We are where we are" (sometimes abbreviated to WAWWA)
"Closing the ask" (seriously, using ask a noun is bad enough, but this?!?)

There are probably more, but I'm nominally off work this week, so don't want to think about it!

As far from the sea as we could be, except when we can actually get in it.

I am in the process of wrapping up a post grad course in management and leadership; the bs meter has been bending itself around the stop for quite some time.

I did get a smirk from one of the co-presenters of a zoom lecture when I referred to a quoted book as "coming across as an airport departure lounge management theory book".
Having been buried in marketing books for the last month, I now have blood coming out of my ears.

'Attention to detail' - often in CVs with multiple spelling errors.
'It is what it is' - from those who don't realise that they've just said 'I'm not responsible for my own work.'

Both are markers of people I don't want to have working for me.

I shall try to remember that phrase. If only for another list.

Peel the onion and deep diving were favourites at a past workplace.

I have really enjoyed all the replies so far. Quite a few good answers that I’m going to stick a pin in!

I am out of the corporate world nowadays which seems to be the origin of many of these phrases but these have stuck with me as worth avoiding:

It’s a game of two halves
    Blue sky thinking
    A new paradigm
