Then why not just fit a neoprene neck seal instead of a neck ring? Far more comfortable and neoprene neck seals are very robust, don’t suddenly fail and last for years.

You would still have the option to change it quickly if/when it does fail, and gives the option to change to silicone/latex if so desired.

Has anyone a link for a neoprene neck seal that will fit in to a SiTec Quick Neck?

I don't think SiTech make one, but the Waterproof one is an identical fit.

The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.

I have had the Si-Tech neck seal system on a bunch of suits and it works pretty well. changing is more of a faff than the wrist seals, but still pretty easy with a flat surface and the pizza cutter tool.

A few issues with it are:

Comfort for smaller divers. If you have a small upper body then the rigid neck ring can get pinched under the harness and be uncomortable.
Failure of the plastic. The plastic part that attaches to the suit has totally split and failed on one of my Predator suits. This has happened to the wrists as well, and I think it is probably a combination of hard use (100+ dives per year on each of the 3 suits that I rotate through) and the heat/humidity here in Mexico.
