Scuba Seraya. I've never been there but our dive buddy friends said it is amazing, small dive camp with lovely guides

It is big. Last time I was on it, the vis was 20+m.

My BIL dived it as part of the investigation as to why she sank. Found some guns that were not supoosed to be there

OH is currently determined to go ahead with Komodo trip in November despite my reservations about Covid. According to the various when will you be vaccinated calculators I will not be "done" until September at the earliest if I am lucky. Not having been in the water for over 18 months I want to have gone off and got wet in the kit I would be taking. This excludes UK sites and requires a plane journey which I am not prepared to take until vaccinated. I think he might be going alone....................

He is older than me so in a higher group for vaccination. Therefore will get it before me.

Do you plan to do a live aboard or day diving? I enjoyed both and my time spent in L Bajo.

We used to dive it regularly back in the 80’s 90’s. It was the twoggy ammo ship. We used to bring up a net bag full of iron ore pellets and spend the rest of the trip shooting empty beer cans with a catapult whilst filling cylinders.

I’d love to go back to west cork but most of the wrecks we used to dive will now be over 100 years old so I guess each would need a permit now.
