Shoreham shore dive Thurs or Friday

I'm meeting for a shore dive with my Thurrock BSAC club https://www.facebook.com/groups/167036630687/

Meeting at Shoreham Widewater lagoon carpark BN43 5LS on Thursday or Friday? HW Thurs is about 10am . Visibility depends on the previous few days sea conditions being favourable. Wind forecast is light during the first part of the week going Northerly later. Dive will be over a clean rubble/reef sea bed, shallow perhaps 8m and good chance of seeing cat shark, undulate rays, and black bream.

You are welcome to tag along.

Updates will be on our fb page not here.

Nice video, like a very flat bit of Norfolk - 17C in June is impressive!
Definitely don't doubt Dawn - not if you value your life

Bit of a bump, is anyone able to give me some advice about diving at widewater? I’m up for some shorediving and widewater is pretty close to me.

im assuming from the OP it’s best dived at HW?

          Slack is prior to HW.

          Say minus 1:30

Darren from our club (Thurrock BSAC) is having a go tomorrow.

            Darren had a look Saturday.
Close in vis was poor so they deployed plan B.
Newhaven was 3m and they had a good dive.
