We were staying at Millendreath (down West) and the pheasant actually hung around for quite a while.

Oooh how exciting, neck and neck, two horse race.
I recently suggested to Noggin that his brickwork needed pointing. I take it back. Look at the state of Jen's rear garden wall!

Oi - that's prime real estate, I'll have you know! We even had blue tits nesting in it one year!

Not getting any votes is nothing new to me, I can live with that. But having my name spelt wrong..................
Or even spelled wrong, I never am sure about that one.
    I don't even rate a capital letter.

Come on, Steeleye. Spelt is the flour.

And very nice it is too. Todays loaf was 50/50 white and spelt.
I am still not sure about the spelled/spelt spelling thing though.
And what about when you cast a spell on someone (not you personally, I hope) Have they been spelled?

Cursed. As opposed to curst, though the latter is valid in its own right. Why, have you been feeling under the weather recently and thought it was simply Covid-19??

Oh no, not you as well. Damn voodoo. The things women will do to make a point. Pun intended.

Apologies for the spelling. Unfortunately I can only edit the main post and not the poll itself. As for not using a capital 'S' - I was just copying you!

8 years and I have never noticed the lack of a capital on my username! I amaze myself sometimes. If all I have to worry about is my name being spellted wrong, I should be happy.
