    March 2020 Non-diving Photo Competition - I wasn't expecting THAT!

    There you are, driving up the A5 in North Wales and you reach the junction with the A470 towards sunny Llandudno. You make the turn and there, right at the side of the road is a bloomin' waterfall!

    That's one of the main routes to Wrexham from the Midlands (A525), it was like that for over two weeks.

    OK I'm back good trip to New Zealand, not got coronavirus yet, probably!

    Oh yes but which floods. The only road to Milford Sound was washed out 2 days after we left. 0.5METRES of rain in 24 hrs now that's rain!

    This is my entry as "I wasn't expecting that".



    We were staying at Millendreath (down West) and the pheasant actually hung around for quite a while.

    I'm only adding the next picture to demonstrate another shortcoming of a 'compact camera' which is the problem with autofocus in certain conditions when it gets confused. Oh for a manual focus to get the image pin sharp.
