Walk into local bearing suppliers, buy 500~1000: they are pennies each.

I've used https://www.georgelodgedirect.co.uk/ and https://www.polymax.co.uk/o-rings/ they were both pretty quick and held all sorts, including nitrile, viton and VMQ for reasonable prices (though not as good as walking into a local bearing supplier I imagine!)
