February 2020 Underwater Photo Competition - A Model Buddy

Buddies can be useful things. They can add context to a shot or provide a focal point if there's nothing else to photograph. Let's see how you've made use of your buddies.

Competition closes at midnight (UK time) on the 29th.

My buddy in Sharm. I like this shot because it is a pretty silhouette, but also because in this photo you cannot tell that my buddy is a wheelchair user with adapted gloves to do the majority of the swimming (fins are mainly for balance). Just another diver in this pic, we are all the same underwater

The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.

String? I think the trailing black thing might have been an SPG hose. I didn't really notice it unti llooking at the photos later.

Hey - I was too busy taking photos! You expect me to do "buddy" type stuff as well?
