    Using a twinset as a bank

    Can anyone run me through how best to use a twinset to bank gas and decant please.

    Mainly for air dil for shallow dives and suit bottle.

    So a 3 litre and a 1.5 litre.

    Fill to the highest pressure you dare. Close the manifold. Keep 1 side as the LP and one as the HP.

    Fill from the LP side first, then top off with the HP. That way you will always have 1 side with higher pressure and maximise the amount of gas you can get out
    Remember anything you read on the internet was probably written by some guy sitting at home in his underpants! Including this !!

    Get a booster . TBH you're probably better getting more DIL and suit bottles

    Not sure why you’d use a twinset to bank air but it’s great to use for banking trimix using it as per Paulo’s instructions.

    Thanks fellahs most of my bread and butter diving locally is mines which are 25m at most so air is fine.
