    SOLD - OSTC 2n 250

My OSTC 2n has a new back plate, I recharged it and I've taken it diving and all seems well so it's for sale for 250 plus signed for postage.

It seems fair that the original people that enquired get first refusal (in order). They are:

    Zofia - Simples !
    Nick - Nitpicks
    Jer Cameron
    Jex - Wildjetskier
    Nick - Wardy_uk

Shall we say the list above have until Friday night before the first bid from anyone else is accepted. When I say first I mean the first one I see on this thread (not PM).

    For your cash you get:
OSTC 2n with brand new back plate
    heinrichs weikamp padded box
Original fitted bungee strap and a new bit of bungee if you want to replace it
Trimix and nitrox capability for both open circuit and closed circuit
You could reprogram it if you want to

    The downsides are:
The left hand button can be a bit slow but it's always worked after a while. It's worse when the computer has been off a while and generally better in use.
The screen front has a few scratches which don't affect underwater use but are quite obvious.
The screen will eventually fail; I have no idea when and can see no signs of it but that's what the OSTC people reckon.
It's six years or more old (I've had it about four and I know the man that had it first and we're both reasonably gentle with kit)

Payment is Paypal (or cash if we meet up and swap) with no exceptions.
I can post most working days or meet you in Preston or Wigan (during work hours) or a local dive site to the North West.

    I'll definitely still take it.
    (assuming Zophia/Simples doesn't take 1st refusal)
The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.
