I know other people who are fat and really struggle with the cold, some skinny ones who struggle with it, some people somewhere in the middle who are always freezing and others who seem to be immune to cold and don't even wear gloves in january.

So you just have to find out for your self.
Take plenty dry gear to the dive with you and a flask of tea. Getting cold between dives makes it all a bit miserable.
