    Toulene is very nasty stuff and best avoided, go for MEK instead does the same job and is way less toxic.

    On pockets what's the pocket made of? If it's membrane to membrane it's irrelevant what glue pattern.
    if it's neoprene to neoprene same, as both will expand and move at a similar rate.

    If it's membrane pocket to neoprene then yes that 'may' make more sense but then I wouldn't
    advise that retro-fit combo anyway

    Look for rubber suppliers, they do adhesives as well and if they do that they'll have MEK

    PVC pipe cleaner/solvent is mostly MEK, at least the ones sold here in Oz are. I have used the cleaner successfully ona Zodiac.
