Graham the insurance premium will be going up anyway because of the claim to get the car repaired, that's assuming there is any insurance, then its a fight to get anything.

If someone gets £1000s for a spurious whiplash claim, who do you think pays? Of course the individuals premium goes up (few hundred), but not enough to cover all the claim...so the collective picks up the rest - now multiple it by every spurious claim and you can see how we all get fooked by the selfish (and criminal) wankers who make spurious claims

Whiplash? Fork lift truck? My sarcasm meter is a little rusty these days. Please don't tell me that's an automatic payout on an insurance claim?
I don't want to get technical or anything, but alcohol IS a solution
