    It wasn't much water and I've dried it out and it still works.

    The cap can be quite stiff and you need to make sure that it is fully screwed on.

    I found a 3rd slot and put an extra o ring in it. Its up near the thread. It sits more proud than the 2 originals so a tighter fit.

    Well I gave it another outing yesterday over the pond and it worked (apart from a couple of flickers) and on examination hasn't leaked, so we live to fight another day.

    Continuing my torch test reports, I bought a LightForMe Backup. 1200lumen. Its like a Tektite LS5 except the head is metal not plastic. It comes with a carrier to accept a lion 18650 battery or 3x C cells. Beam is a bit narrow for my taste. Appears a good robust torch at only 36.
