    I have a Suunto Vyper new in 2000 that I use just as a dive log. Battery change every few years and it just keeps going.

    Baught my Vytec in 2002 I think when they first came out. (May have been 2001) Its literally done 1000s of dives and been past 100m a few times. Still working fine in 2019.

    Thanks for the comments. I think i'll sell my D4i and transmitter (when it's been through the recall upgrade) as it's a bit too small for my ageing eyes to see well underwater and go for something a bit bigger. Maybe a Cobra...

    How's the quick disconnect we have had trouble with that. But that's a good life.
    I think it's pre-quick disconnect, so not a problem!
