    Anyone recognise this first stage?

So, in a box of old/donated kit I found this first stage reg which I stripped, cleaned and detuned to repurpose as a regulator to power air tools from a dive cylinder.

Does anyone recognise what it might be? At some point I expect it will need some attention and perhaps a service kit, but I’m struggling to identify it.

(Ignore the adapters screwed into the LP port, that’s just to get it to a suitable PCL air tool fitting!)

The only marking on it is a generic BS or EN number.

    Cheers!

Just a thought .. does whatever you are
connecting to that have a downstream valve that will bleed off if the first stage fails and interstage pressure increases? If not its maybe a good idea to fit an overpressure valve to one of the other LP ports

Thanks - that was my first thought - I can't remember why I ruled it out but I'll check again.

Could be a good call, will check out their service manuals and see if anything looks similar

Good point. Currently the black hose in the photos is connected to an old second stage from the same box, but I have ordered a cheap OPV which is in the post
