How would you fail an 02 clean?

I have heard that these personal filters aren’t worth it, I have also heard that regular filter changes on a well maintained Bauer and there’s not Need for an additional filter. But it’s all here say and nobody qualified will give a proper answer ...

Fair point, as is typical with me I don’t always engage my brain before I engage my mouth.

That said, a buddy of mine Rob who is also on this forum (& has bought H stuff from you in the past) has had a twinset pass a test (unsure if visual/hydro) but fail (technically the centre refused to carry it out/pass it) an o2 clean.

I also agree with the filter piece, especially on a new(ish) compressor but like you I can’t find anyone who will verify this.

Yes every time, and quite a few over the years I guess although customers generaly not using them for recreational use.

No, not possible, (read the lable they only say Breathing Air Compressor)

No, again not possible. No such standard exists as 02 clean, it's a con by dive shops for money your being decieved. You need "Cleaned for Oxygen Service"

A fit for purpose filter, Made it ourselves. Off a shelf out back.

No such term as a Personal filter, its another con in the scuba industry surprised your advocating such

I’ll be honest, I’ve not changed mine but it’s barely been used. By the book it’s 12 months apparently.

used the eyeball for when it got past 10% on the little card for the ones in the personal filters.

All filters by there very nature fail.

Better to be able to visually see that point of failure as it occurs in real time while filling the cylinder.
Than be purely dependent on "feeling" for it.

Really for a private individual, You could fill it with grass and toke it till the cows come home and still be clear of Pressure Systems Regs.
