    Why would you need a BC with that? And there is a near limitless supply of O2 to hand by decomposing the water - actually if you caught the "spare" H2 produced you could use it to power a scooter. This time next year Rodney...

    Build it into a scooter. Like the one outside Portland Marina gates? (Called Tom something or other) Plenty of power there.

    With a little more engineering, the hydrogen freed during the process could be used to fuel a really powerful scooter.
