Cylinder testing - North West England

I've got a fair few cylinders to test this summer and looking for best options. 4xD12 twinsets, and a handful of stages.

In the past we have used Chris at Scuba Workshop UK. Apart from the massive o2 clean stickers, service seems good and it is relatively cheap.

Capernwray is local but costs seem higher.

CTS Liverpool? Will they strip & re-build twinsets? O2 clean valves? Anyone had any issues getting non-IDEST stuff filled?

        CTS.
But you will have to do the manifolds yourself iirc; and put up with half the LDS pulling a face when they see the CTS stamp and telling you that they (CTS) are not approved/capable/IDEST/the tooth fairy/ BS d` jour.
