    Help ...

    This might seem like a bit of a daft question but how do you find out about a wreck ?
    As in how deep and if it has been dived before the wreck in question is the SS GOOLISTAN sank in ww2 .

    Thank you but have seen that one and can't seem to find if it has been dived before or how deep .
    The only reason i ask is out of the 52 that died one was my grandfather and if one day i get my arse into gear and start learning to dive it would be an ambition of mine to dive it if possible that is .

    Well U Boat.net has the site as South of Spitzbergen at 75 50'N, 15 45'E which I've been told is about 190m deep.

    TBH I'm sorry to say that the location is IMO beyond extreme to say the least and not realistically possible.
