    Hi

Just thought I'd say Hi :-)

Pretty new to diving - we learned last year in a pool in Cheadle (Odyssey Dive Centre) and completed our PADI Open Water in The Maldives.

We love it though, and are shortly heading out to Queensland for a few days diving (and to visit our son in Melbourne on the way).

We are definitely fairweather divers - I can promise you, we're NEVER going to Stoney Cove!

    Cheers,

    Ed

Not sure when you are heading over and how long you have got in Melbourne but don't rule out the diving here.

If you wanted to do one dive, then would recommend Flinders Pier down on the Mornington Peninsula - almost certainly guaranteed to see Weedy Sea Dragons which are among the most bizarre creatures on the planet.

Water is a bit cold at the moment 13c but then you can warm up at a winery for lunch after.....Montalto is just one of many which do great lunches

Just a thought. There are a few dive shops in Melbourne and down on the Peninsula who hire gear and organise dives.

    Hi.

Stoney Cove is good fun. I really enjoyed the couple of times I've been.

    The colder the better!
