That is really interesting, especially the bit about being able to get left heart bubbles even without a pfo but by physical stress. I think this may have been very relevant in the case of my wife's vestibular bend where she did say she was feeling very worn out during the dive (not helped by not eating enough) and then strained to climb up the ladder in heavy gear and drysuit.Comment
