Not sure if this was already posted, but it's an excellent talk by Neal at the BSAC Conference (this is not a BSAC bashing thread, thanks):

Great presentation. Thank you for posting it.
Are the other presentations available online?
Can any BSAC member attend that conference?
Those who think they got away with things had better watch their backs
.“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”
It's nice to see the good side of BSAC outside of the politics.
I have been to a few of Neal's talks and they are always very good.

You get entry to the dive show included (opening it up to all members and co-locating with the dive show was one of the good ideas to make it more popular).
Iain.
That is really interesting, especially the bit about being able to get left heart bubbles even without a pfo but by physical stress. I think this may have been very relevant in the case of my wife's vestibular bend where she did say she was feeling very worn out during the dive (not helped by not eating enough) and then strained to climb up the ladder in heavy gear and drysuit.
