homemade rear venting regulator

I was considering double hose regs myself and when the exchange rate (pound to dollar) was good, I was very much tempted by this one: http://vintagedoublehose.com/store/#...tegory=8222661

The Russian ABM -1M can be converted to DIN, but it has a 150 bar working pressure, so not sure how it will behave on a 230 bar cylinder.
