BOC need a blending ticket and can be a total pain in the hole.

Air products sell oxygen and it's reasonably priced, don't know if they do dive grade. Same with the helium but it's 99.999 or something ridiculous so it's fine. The O2 is about £10 + £10/month for the bottle

only if you are buying it for diving.

buy it for welding and they will sell it to anybody. all you need are the right connectors to make a decanting whip and Robert is your dads brother.

after the 370 quid bill for O2 clean , hydro testing and "valve services" for 5 cylinders including fills of 32% in 4 and fiddy in the stage a compressor , a booster and a oxygen bottle are looking more affirdable with annual visuals looming.

Big plastic bag and a couple of days should give you enough to mix with n2 to give you air, trick will be squashing that into a cylinder

Our club gets oxygen and helium from Air Liquide. I don't know if they needed any certification from us. I think we had one problem that a supplier would only deliver to a commercial address.
The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.
