Swim Ear is just alcohol or Isopropyl alcohol 95% in anhydrous glycerin 5% to be precise. The glycerin is non active. It does sting a bit so I don't like to use it too often.

    I've also got Earol

Only used it for two trips though and my ears aren't usually that trouble prone.

It was very painful and basically made my face swell from my ear down under my jawline. I will not be making the same mistake. I also nearly elbow dropped my GP when they grabbed hold of my ear to stick the lighty magnifyery thing in there despite me saying "be careful, its very painful".

Ear beer before and after every dive. It's the future.
