U2, The Unforgettable Fire (no attempt at irony, it`s probably my favourite album).
    Tallis, Spem in Alium.

I went to a funeral once, where the Cranberries "right to Decide" had been requested; his parents vetoed that: it was a suicide.

The bass line from 'Grounds for divorce' by Elbow. It was my kickboxing intro as well.

Changing the subject back to the original. I did a bit of a walk Friday (19.5miles) and saw these feeding on an oak above my head. As I said I am an opportunistic bird photographer and was glad of the Lumix Tx80 I got a few weeks back. These little chaps have an appalling winter mortality so I was really pleased to see them. What you can do with the right compact, though a big sensor and lens is better.

Evolution is great at solving problems. It's the methods that concern me.

There are four varieties in society: the lovers, the ambitious, observers and fools. The fools are the happiest.

The old sea-dog who's funeral I went to last week loved country (no idea why - he was a man of fine taste usually, especially in whisky and spirits generally!) and insisted on "Ring of Fire" by Johnny Cash at the crematorium!
