EPDM rubber hose clamp strips

I've looked all over the net - all i can find is lined P - clamps, but all i want is the rubber strip with the wrap around wings that keep the stainless jubilee clip separated from whatever i'm clamping.
Pref looking for some to fit 10 and 12mm wide hose clamps.

Has anyone any idea where i can source a few metres of the stuff?

I spent bloody ages looking which was why I knew they did it, that and I have a few metres in the workshop
