Make your own. Some pvc pipe, tube of super glue, bike handle bar foams grips and a couple of cheap Chinese torches to butcher and modify and your sorted. Less than £15.
Be happy. If you're not, you're doing it wrong.

FFS, don't show this to Drysuit Diver, he'll want to know if there's any electrical cable in that conduit

Joking aside, What Torch? and i think thats a Fooking great idea, they charge Fooking stupid prices for what amounts to Jack Shit

I especially like the attention to detail, the foam grips

Here's a link to a vid I did the other week with it.

The torches I used are the cheap Chinese ones you can get off eBay for about a tenner. Let me know if you need a link. I can stick one the other side too if I want a bit more light.

Yeah, I've looked at ones you can buy, but they are silly money. A mate bought a branded Ali tray for his go pro for £80 and it's less than 6 inches long =/ Bloomin rip off.

This is the item number of the torches I use: 291016539394

You have to mod them a bit. Firstly, the led unit is attached to a polished aluminium cone which you need to remove as it's ace at focusing the light into a tight beam which of course you don't want. So take it off and bin it.

This means the led unit will now be loose, use some super glue to stick it down and your sorted. All this is a 3 minute job.

Secondly, the front 'glass' is perspex, which is great as you want to scuff it up to further scatter the light to ensure no hotspot. I used one of SWMBO's nail files.

Screw back together after greasing everything up as usual and it's a cheap easy wide angled vid light.

(Edited cause I didn't get the joke! Doh!)
