Caving bag for hauling wet dive gear

why don't you just get a standard caving bag (or any string bag for that matter) and line it with a high quality plastic bag (i.e. large rubble sack) ?

I used to use rucksack liners from outdoor shops. They were made of waterproof fabric with taped seams, fairly robust and not that expensive

The Mogot bags can be supplied without drain holes if you ask. I have some without used in a cave with a few canals to swim through just let the bags and gear float along behind you.
