Get a proper undersuit. The FE might look dapper at the burger van at wobster but is not gonna keep you warm ... proper thinsulate for diving

I would say that diving is equivalent to a gentle walk and if you have to work its in short bursts. Time spent on core strength and being relaxed are much better for diving than endless marathons and...
