That exploded parts diagram looks so similar to an Apeks 2nd stage. Maybe give someone like Just Apeks a shout and see if the parts are interchangable. Which part specifically is it?

Seemingly shops can be waiting MONTHS, as in 6 months, for orders to be filled, part orders get shipped at times and other times whole orders are withheld until the final bits are available months...

The current sales service from APEX has been nothing short of aweful according to a number of shops that I have spoken to in different countries. Customer services has moved to France and tanked
