Earlier in the year I advertised a fair amount of kit. Slimming down from CCR to single cylinder. The reality is that even this is unlikely to be much use to me going forwards so I'd like to re-home...
Had a few messages for things. I'll endeavour to get photos to everyone today/ this evening. Bear with me please
South Cumbria. Can offer a socially distanced delivery servie to Capernwray area for the heavy stuff. Otherwise it'll be collection / postage
I've now sold my CCR. My aim is to slim down my collection of dive gear to leave me with a single cylinder set up. Hopefully that will get a bit of use over the next few years.
That leaves a...
Yeah, I'd probably go for Othree if I was set on neoprene.
Don't know how long it's been for you but fashions have moved on (Not that fashions are always right..). Neoprene suits are less...
Brett sold it. New owners ran it into the ground as far as I can tell. They moved to a new shop not far away. DiveLife is now back open again. Probably not all that recognisable from what you...
£185 for a 30m reel or £216 for 60m. I guess people have got plenty of money now they can't actually go diving!
For £41 you can buy a Mcmahon Compact 50m reel. By far, the best 50m reel I've ever...

Call me a millenial snowflake but this is a shocking post. I realise it's casual and you probably gave it no thought. That makes it worse.
You're the face of your brand on here.
The Quick Neck system has served me well. It's not as quick to change as my kubi wrist seals and it helps if you have a nice surface to work with. For me, it might not save a dive on a boat. Assuming...
No matter the style, every ladder I've attempted to use on a rhib has made getting back in the boat harder than the old fashioned de-kit and hop in.
I have to jump to Wibs' defence here. Not sure the pile on is deserved. If it is, you can point and laugh at me too.
I had an Apeks wing with a rear dump and, on the right hand side, a blanking...
Plenty of car restoration forums etc that discuss it. I phoned up asked for their deal on hobby gasses. It went up by a couple of £ this year.
It's filthy gas though so you'll die.
With very little negotiation BOC gave me 25L cylinders (Y?) with a rental of about £50 / year each.
Collection fee waived.
About £13 for the gas
How precious are you about "diving grade" oxygen?
BOC offer "hobbyists" a good deal on 25L o2 cylinders. 2 of those in your garage and you've got a mini cascade to get the most out of them.
I'm also not entirely sure that the Revo is that much more efficient in terms of lime usage. This is taken from the manual...

Making sure any water ingress ends up in a water trap / counterlung is usually a good idea. Although I might be less keen on this if my cells / solenoid / wiring etc was all contained within said...
Nothing can withstand ripping the loop. At that point, you've just got to hope that your guru taught skills can get you onto your bailout and keep you calm as you try to work out if you really did...
No matter how good the spiel around the scrubber monitoring is, I'd be particularly careful not to believe in it too much. Certainly in terms of when to change the scrubber.
I don't scrimp on...
If you've got 5, how can you tell that THREE haven't failed or are reading unusually?
More (possibly conflicting) information is a recipe for disaster imo. With cell issues it's the human...
