    Removed the elbow gave it all a clean and the seal. After couple refits its now holding air in wing. Been full for last 3 days so all working 100%.

    For me I would not include the pony/bailout in your calculations its to be used if you lose your main tank. As you state the 1/3 is added to your main cylinder.

    If I did not pouches on the waist strap I would mount the battery on...
