Subscribed threads

If you click on settings at the top of the page then select
subscriptions from the menu on the left you can choose what
threads you wan't to be unsubscribed from.

Or you can "unsubscribe" from everything via:-

Settings > General Settings,

Third one down, then chose from the drop down menu.

You have to admit that there is certain irony about the fact that you hate the "things I hate" thread? Perhaps you should make one post before you remove your subscription?

Ahh I had done this previously and it hadn't worked.

However for the benifit of anyone else reading this I followed the instructions above and after you think it's all done it's give you a further "are you sure that you want to blah blah blah" and you have to conform YES.
