April : Diving Raja Ampat or Komodo?

Hi everyone, i would appreciate your help. I am planning a diving trip in April, but i am not sure if, considering the season, the diving in april is better in raja ampat or komodo. I did a lot of research, i talked with the diver instructors both in raja ampat and komodo, but i don't trust them much, because they want to earn money and they say april month is fine. After talking to some locals, my conclusion is that diving in october is good in both places. But i am not sure. Do you have any knowledge that you can share, so i can organize this? Thank you!!
