I bought this unit from Steve Hobbs last autumn and its been great. I've really enjoyed diving it but unfortunately it doesn't really suit my style of diving which is exclusively solo with large, heavy and complex camera systems.
#96 is a very clean and reliable unit. As part of my course with John Shaw we did a complete strip-down and found everything all A1 - battery, temp stick, HP senders, Fischer connectors, etc. The unit has a total wet time of only 67 hours and comes with two off-board gas whips, an o-ring kit, original and Halcyon harnesses, trim weight and hand-set pouches.
Since my ownership I have added a Kent Tooling 5mm back plate and stainless foot, in-test cylinders (September 2012) and new O2 cells (currently reading 94%, 99% and 91%). The original light-weight back plate and plastic foot are included and are useful if travelling.
I'm asking no more than £3,500. Please PM me if you are interested. You can inspect the unit at NDAC by arrangement or at my home which is only 15 minutes from the quarry.
Thanks, Tim
