This document is one of the first research papers into preventing the DCI in diving. Produced for the Navy, it was published in June 1908. It is now available for free download till the end of the year, having been hidden for much of the last 100 years.

This is really worth the read - I got it off Rubicon a couple of years ago & found it very interesting.

It is nicely written and, for a scientific paper, it is relatively easy to read.
