What batteries are used in the Kiss triple displays ?
I don't have my unit yet so can't look but want
to get some new ones.
Also are the narked@90 cells the best to buy ?
Stand buy for more stupid questions

I used Duracell 28L it's a 6v lithium battery, used in cameras. Camera shops want £6 each. I found a bloke on eBay who did a box of 8 for £18.
They last 20hrs with the backlight on and a further 20hrs once the backlight has gone. I swapped them out once the backlight got too dim.
And yes. Narked cells are the best (tecme cells are an alternative and Martin is good)

I thought the triple displays all used the same batteries, I do now know it's the Duracell 28L.

gen 1: black case, no backlight was a 12v battery
gen 2: black case, backlight, a 6v i think (px28).
gen 3: clear plastic interlocking. fug knows what battery.

At least thats what my fuzzy memory says.

Yep, I've got gen 2 and gen 3, (the gen 3 is on your old sport kiss)
Both take the same Duracell 28L.
